Sausage and egg scramble

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Sausage
2 cups Milk
3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
18 \N Eggs
1 \N Box of onion garlic croutons

Brown sausage & drain. Place in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Mix eggs, milk, cheese and salt. Pour over sausage. Sprinkle croutons over the top of the egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes then serve.
