Sausage brunch casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sausage
13 ounces Can Pet Evaporated milk
1½ \N Slices bread,cubed
5 \N Eggs
2 cups Cheddar cheese,grated
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare evening before.Cook sausage & drain thoroughly on paper towels.Beat the eggs & evaporated milk slightly.Add sausage,cubed bread & cheddar cheese.Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.Cover with foil.Refrigerate overnight.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350 degree oven. Onions,green peppers & mushrooms can also be added.
