Sausage egg brunch

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Minced sausage, brown and
\N \N Drain
9 \N Eggs, beaten
1½ cup Grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups Milk
12 slices Sandwich bread, cubed
\N \N Without crust
1½ teaspoon Dry mustard
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper

Beat eggs. Add milk and dry ingredients. Stir in cubed bread. Pour into large greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Allow to set at room temperature ½ hour before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting to serve. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 04-27-95
