Saucy sausage skillet

1poundsPolish sausage links; sliced in wedges
1cupFresh broccoli florets
1cupFresh cauliflower florets
2tablespoonsButter or margarine
2tablespoonsFlour
1cupMilk
¼cupMonterey jack cheese; shredded
¼cupParmesan cheese; grated
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonDry mustard
12oz jar sliced pimiento; drained

Directions

in large kettle, boil 3 quarts water. add ziti; cook for 5 minutes. stir in polish sausage, broccoli and cauliflower, continue cooking for 5 minutes; drain. in medium saucepan melt butter, stir in flour. add milk, cook until smooth. stir in remaining ingredients. combine ziti, polish sausage, vegetables and cheese sauce. serve immediately. refrigerate leftovers.
