Saucy skillet pasta

Ingredients

1poundsBeef, ground; OR ground trky
15ouncesTomato sauce
15ouncesTomatoes, whole; undrained and broked up
1packSpaghetti sauce mix
1teaspoonItalian seasoning
8ouncesZiti; uncooked (or rigati or other tube pasta)
4ouncesMushrooms, sliced; drained
4ouncesCheese, mozzarella; shredded

Directions

Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.

Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix and Italian seasoning.

Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
