1 can Salmon; drained and de-boned
1 \N Egg
\N \N Saltine crackers

From: ssaucie@... (Stephanie D Saucier) Date: Fri, 22 Apr 1994 00:30:39 GMT Combine salmon and egg. Crush saltine crackers and add to salmon until you can make patties (like hamburgers) which will hold together. Fry over medium heat in about ¼ inch of oil until medium brown. Drain. Some people like either ketchup or mustard with them. I like them plain. (Family Recipe.)
