Landlubber's salmon patties

Ingredients

1Pink salmon; drained
1Egg or 2 egg whites
½cupCornflake cereal; crushed
¼cupOnion; minced
2tablespoonsLemon juice
1teaspoonOil

Directions

Mash salmon with fork. Add egg whites, crushed creal, onion and lemon juice. Mix throughly; form 4 patties. Heat oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet. Add patties and cook 6-8 munutes or until brown; turn and cook 4-6 munutes or until brown.
