Reuben macaroni salad

Ingredients

cupElbow or twist macaroni
½poundsCooked corned beef; diced
1cupSwiss cheese; shredded
16ouncesSauerkraut; drained
½teaspoonCaraway seed
cupBottled Russian dressing
2Tomatoes-cut into wedges; optional

Directions

Cook macaroni until tender; drain and cool. In a large bowl, combine the corned beef, cheese, sauerkraut, caraway seed and Russian dressing. Add cooked macaroni, and toss thoroughly. Serve with tomato wedges, if desired.
