Amish macaroni salad

Yield: 20 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Macaroni or baby sea shells
1½ cup Chopped celery
½ cup Chopped Celery
½ cup Carrots, finely grated
¼ cup Onions, finely chopped
6 Hard cooked Eggs, sliced
Paprika

Cook macaroni as directed; drain and cool. Set aside 1 hard cooked egg; then stir together gently the cooked macaroni, celery, carrots, Onion and the remaining eggs.

DRESSING: 1 pint Miracle Whip ¼ cup Vinegar ¾ cup Sugar 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
