Amish macaroni salad

Ingredients

1poundsMacaroni or baby sea shells
cupChopped celery
½cupChopped Celery
½cupCarrots, finely grated
¼cupOnions, finely chopped
6Hard cooked Eggs, sliced
Paprika

Directions

Cook macaroni as directed; drain and cool. Set aside 1 hard cooked egg; then stir together gently the cooked macaroni, celery, carrots, Onion and the remaining eggs.

DRESSING: 1 pint Miracle Whip ¼ cup Vinegar ¾ cup Sugar 2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
