Ranch salad dressing (vitasoy)

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Soy OR dairy milk
1 pack Silken tofu* *from 10.5 to 12 ounces
1 pack Ranch dressing packet 1-oz


Put the soymilk, silken tofu and dressing mix into a blender container.

Whirl until well blended, scraping down sides if necessary. Put dressing into a jar and store in the refrigerator.

(Yield: 2-½ cups (10 servings). Serving size: ¼ cup. PER SERVING: 42 calories, 1 g total fat (⅒ g sat fat), 3 g pro, 4 g carb, 231 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol. )
