Quick saucy chicken casserole

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Cut-up cooked chicken or turkey |
| 2 | cans | Condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz ea) |
| 1 | pack | Frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1 | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| 2 | cups | Bisquick Original or Reduced Fat baking mix |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Parsley flakes |
Directions
Prep time: 12 minutes. Bake time: 32 minutes.
HEAT oven to 450'F. Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seaoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish.
STIR baking mix and milk until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley.
BAKE 30-32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
HIGH ALTITUDE: Bake 35-40 minutes.
