Saucy chicken casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cut up cooked chicken
2 \N 10 3/4 oz. cans of cream of
\N \N Mushroom soup
16 ounces Frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
2 cups Bisquick mix
1½ cup Milk

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, seasoning, and garlic salt in an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Stir Bisquick mix and milk. Blend well. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 to 32 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-11-95
