Quick creamy alfredo sauce

¼cupFlour
4teaspoonsChicken broth, fat-free
¼teaspoonGarlic; minced
¼teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonSalt, lite; (optional)
¼cupCheese, Parmesan fat-free

Directions

In a small saucepan over low heat blend flour, Butter Buds, milk and chicken broth. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Continue to cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Serve with cooked fettuccine (10-12 ounces, cooked).
