Fettuccini alfredo sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
1½ cup Fresh cream
½ cup Grated parmesan cheese; (Italian)
½ teaspoon Mustard
\N \N Salt and freshly ground white pepper
\N \N A tiny pinch of nutmeg.

1. Melt butter in a pan. 2. Add rest of ingredients, except cheese. 3.

Reduce sauce until it begins to thicken 4. Stir in cheese off the heat.
