Light alfredo sauce

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Milk, canned skim
¼ cup Flour
1¼ cup Stock, chicken
½ cup Cheese, Parmesan, grated
⅛ teaspoon Pepper, black

Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot. Blend in cheese and pepper.
