PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEG. F.
CUT CLEANED POTAOTES INTO 8 LENGTH-WISE PIECES. IN A PIE PLATE, COMBINE CORNFLAKE CRUMBS, PARMESAN CHEESE, PARSLEY FLAKES, SALT AND PEPPER.
