IN A PIE PLATE, COMBINE CORNFLAKE CRUMBS, PARMESAN CHEESE, PARSLEY FLAKES, SALT AND PEPPER. DIP POTATO WEDGES INTO MELTED BUTTER, THEN IN SEASONING MIXTURE. PLACE POTATOES ON A BAKING SHEET.
