Directions
Place butter in a 1-cup glass measure. Microwave until melted; add lemon juice. Combine next 5 ingredients.Brush potatoes with lemon mixture and sprinkle with cheese mixture. Arrange potatoes on plate and cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave 15-18 minutes or until tender, rotating dish every 5 minutes.
