Herbed potato wedges

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Baking potato, sliced into
\N \N Wedges.
\N \N Olive oil
½ teaspoon Lemon pepper blend seasoning

Scrub potato and slice into wedges (leaving skin on). Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning to coat each side. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
