Potato csserole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Bag of hash browns, thawed
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 pint Sour cream
¼ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Melted butter
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Chedder cheese, shredded
2 cups Cornflakes
1 \N Stick butter

Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and butter. Put in casserole dish.

Cover with cornflakes. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
