Philly burger

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce --
\N \N Divided
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard -- divided
1 can French-fried onions -- 2.8
\N ounce Divided
1 pack Cream cheese -- 3 oz.
\N \N Softened
1 \N Jar mushrooms
2½ ounce Sliced drained
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
4 eaches Kaizer rolls

Combine ground beef, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 3 teaspoons mustard and half the onions. Form into four patties and broil or grill to desired doneness. Meanwhile, in small bowl blend cream cheese, remaining Worcestershire sauce and mustard, mushrooms and parsley. Spread the cheese mixture on cooked patties; top with reserved onions. Broil or grill 30 seconds more or until the onions are golden. Serve on Kaiser rolls. Yleld: 4 burgers Recipe By : Country Woman
