Pepper burgers

Ingredients

| ¾ | ounce | Wheat germ |
| 1 | cup | Very finely chopped red and/or green pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Tomato sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | pack | Beef broth mix |
| Pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients, shape into 4 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan or on grill and cook 3 incehs from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until done to taste.
