Pepper cheese

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Reduced calorie cream cheese, softened
2½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon Garlic powder
¾ teaspoon Onion powder
2 tablespoons Cracked black pepper

Combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powders.

Mix well. Line a small square or round dish with plastic wrap. Fill with cheese mixture and refrigerate 6-8 hours. Remove cheese from dish and peel off plastic wrap. Pat cracked black pepper evenly over cheese. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Makes 16 servings.

Store in refrigerator. Serve with crackers or melba toast.
