Hot pepper burgers

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Ground chuck or hamburger
\N \N Hot peppers; (your choice of
\N \N ; Hungarian, Jalapeno
\N \N ; or Serrano)
\N \N Mayonnaise
\N \N Mustard
\N \N Cheddar or Colby cheese
\N \N Cilentro; (Mexican parsley)
\N \N Bread slices
\N \N Salt and pepper; (to taste)

Pre-heat broiler. Form burger patties to conform to bread slices. Spread mayonnaise or mustard on the desired number of slices and place burgers on the bread slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and broil till melted (20-30 seconds). Slice hot peppers and place on melted cheese. Chop cilentro (2 teaspoons), sprinkle over burgers and serve. Zippy and delicious.
