Pecan waldorf salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped unpeeled apples
2 tablespoons Chopped maraschino cherries
½ cup Chopped pecans
½ cup Diced celery
½ cup Mayonnaise

Mix fruit, pecans, celery and mayonnaise in small bowl. Chill, covered, and serve on crisp lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
