| 2 | cups | Diced apples |
| ½ | Lemon; juice of | |
| 1 | cup | Chopped celery |
| ½ | cup | Chopped pecans |
| Mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
Put diced apples into large bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice. Add celery and nuts, and toss. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing to hold together, and serve on lettuce leaves. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
