Jicama waldorf salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Jicama
6 \N Celery stalks -- sliced
2 cups Pecan halves -- toasted
2 cups Green seedless grapes --
\N \N Halved
6 \N Oranges -- peeled and diced
16 ounces Plain yogurt
\N \N Honey
\N \N Lime juice

You have a choice of grating the jicama with the grater on your food processor or chopping it up, apple style. Combine all the ingredients; season the yogurt with honey and lime juice to taste; toss it all together.
