Pecan cheese salad

Ingredients

¼cupWater; cold
1largePineapple in chunks; drained reserve 1/2 cup juice
1cupCelery; sliced thin
1cupPecans; chopped
2cupsCottage cheese
1cupWhipped cream
½cupSour cream
¼cupMayonnaise
¼cupSugar
1cupMini marshmallows
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water. Add ½ cup pineapple juice which has been heated. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Add gelatin mixture.

Mix well. Pour into container of choice. Chill until set.
