Pear relish #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Ground pears
2 cups Ground onion
6 \N Ground green or red peppers
1 \N Ground hot pepper -or-
1 tablespoon Hot pepper sauce
4 \N Ground dill pickles
3 tablespoons Dry mustard
1 quart White wine vinegar
1¼ cup Flour
1 tablespoon Turmeric
2 tablespoons Salt
2 cups Sugar

Mix all ingredients & stir well. Bring to a rolling boil over medium high heat. Cook 15 minutes. Pack in jars & seal. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Makes 7 pints.
