Ingredients

| 8 | cups | Ground pears |
| 2 | cups | Ground onion |
| 6 | Ground green or red peppers | |
| 1 | Ground hot pepper -or- | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Hot pepper sauce |
| 4 | Ground dill pickles | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Dry mustard |
| 1 | quart | White wine vinegar |
| 1¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Turmeric |
| 2 | tablespoons | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
Directions
Mix all ingredients & stir well. Bring to a rolling boil over medium high heat. Cook 15 minutes. Pack in jars & seal. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Makes 7 pints.
