Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Ground onion |
6 \N | Ground green or red peppers |
1 \N | Ground hot pepper -or- |
1 tablespoon | Hot pepper sauce |
4 \N | Ground dill pickles |
3 tablespoons | Dry mustard |
1 quart | White wine vinegar |
1¼ cup | Flour |
1 tablespoon | Turmeric |
2 tablespoons | Salt |
2 cups | Sugar |
Mix all ingredients & stir well. Bring to a rolling boil over medium high heat. Cook 15 minutes. Pack in jars & seal. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Makes 7 pints.
