Ingredients

| 2 | quarts | Ground pears |
| 4 | cups | Ground onions |
| 8 | Bell peppers; ground | |
| 2 | Hot peppers; ground | |
| 1 | quart | Vinegar |
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 2½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Turmeric |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Pickling spice |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and cook 15-20 minutes. Seal in sterilized pint jars.
NOTE: Get a book on canning if unusure about sealing and processing.
