Ingredients

| 10 | cups | Pears; ground |
| 4 | larges | Onions; ground |
| 4 | larges | Green bell peppers |
| 4 | larges | Red bell peppers |
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 1½ | cup | Vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Celery seed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard seed |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and salt in a large boiler and bring to a boil. Add pears, onions, and peppers which have been ground together; simmer for 35 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
