Pear relish #3

Measure Ingredient
10 cups Pears; ground
4 larges Onions; ground
4 larges Green bell peppers
4 larges Red bell peppers
3 cups Sugar
1½ cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Celery seed
1 tablespoon Mustard seed
1 teaspoon Salt

Mix sugar, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and salt in a large boiler and bring to a boil. Add pears, onions, and peppers which have been ground together; simmer for 35 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
