Ingredients

12 | Green sweet peppers | |
12 | Red sweet peppers | |
12 | smalls | Onions |
1 | small | Hot pepper; or more, to taste |
2 | tablespoons | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
1 | pint | Vinegar |
1 | pint | Water |
Directions
Grind peppers and onions. Mix. Cover with boiling water. Let stand about 10 minutes. Mix salt, sugar, water and vinegar. Bring to a boil; pour over peppers and onions. Boil 20 minutes. Pack in jars. Seal. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
NOTE: Get a book on canning if unsure about sealing and processing.
