Pepper relish #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 \N Green sweet peppers
12 \N Red sweet peppers
12 smalls Onions
1 small Hot pepper; or more, to taste
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 pint Vinegar
1 pint Water

Grind peppers and onions. Mix. Cover with boiling water. Let stand about 10 minutes. Mix salt, sugar, water and vinegar. Bring to a boil; pour over peppers and onions. Boil 20 minutes. Pack in jars. Seal. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
