Measure | Ingredient |

12 \N | Green sweet peppers |
12 \N | Red sweet peppers |
12 smalls | Onions |
1 small | Hot pepper; or more, to taste |
2 tablespoons | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
1 pint | Vinegar |
1 pint | Water |
Grind peppers and onions. Mix. Cover with boiling water. Let stand about 10 minutes. Mix salt, sugar, water and vinegar. Bring to a boil; pour over peppers and onions. Boil 20 minutes. Pack in jars. Seal. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
