Pepper relish #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 \N Red bell peppers
12 \N Green bell peppers
12 \N Onions
2 cups Vinegar
2 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Salt

Grind peppers & onions. Cover with boiling water & let stand 5 minutes.

Drain. Add vinegar, sugar & salt. Boil 5 minutes & pour into hot, sterilized jars & seal. (If you want HOT relish, add 20-25 banana peppers!) GAYLE KEIRSEY
