Pepper relish #3

Measure Ingredient
3 Dozen hot peppers; more or less, can use half red and half green if desired bell peppers
7 mediums Onions
2 tablespoons Mustard seed
2 tablespoons Salt
3 cups Vinegar
3 cups Sugar

Date: Sun, 21 Jul 1996 17:48:31 -0500 Grind (or process) peppers and onions. Mix with mustard seeds, salt, vinegar and sugar. Boil 30 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.

(Alternately and to be safe, you can use clean, unsterilized jars and process for 15 min. in boiling water bath.) CHILE-HEADS DIGEST V3 #051
