Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | quarts | Chopped tomatoes (11 large) |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | each | Green pepper, diced |
| 2 | eaches | Celery ribs, diced |
| ¼ | cup | Prepared horseradish |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard seed |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
Directions
In saucepan, bring vinegar and sugar to boil. Remove from heat; cool completely in large bowl, combining remaining ingredients. Mix well and spoon into storage containers, allowing ½ inch headroom.
Refrigerate up to 2 weeks or freeze up to 12 months. Serve with slotted spoon.
