| 2 | Oranges; peeled and sectioned (or you can use a large can mandarin oranges) | |

| 2 | Avocados; peeled and sliced (should be ripe but firm) | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
| 2 | tablespoons | Red wine or balsamic vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Orange juice |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |

DRESSING: Mix together all ingredients and chill before tossing with salad.
When chilled thoroughly pour over salad and toss to coat. This salad is great with crusty french bread! DAVE <DAVIDG@...>
