Avocado & orange salad

Ingredients

¼cupCurd black olives -- chopped
6tablespoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonGarlic -- minced
1teaspoonSugar
¼cupLemon juice
Salt and pepper
2Avocados -- cut in 6 wedges
2Oranges -- peeled & in segments
½Red onion -- thinly sliced
½Head romaine lettuce -- cut into thin strips

Directions

In a small bowl, make the dressing: whisk together the chopped olives, olive oil, garlic, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine the avocados, orange segments and onion. Pour the olive dressing over the avocado mixture and toss lightly. Serve on a bed of the cut romaine.
