Orange salad #1

Ingredients

1Box (6-oz) orange gealtin
2cupsHot water
2cupsCold water
1can(15-oz) crushed pineapple; reserve juice
1cupMiniature marshmallows
2largesBananas
½cupChopped nuts
½cupSugar
1Egg; beaten
2tablespoonsButter
1pack(3-oz) cream cheese
1packWhipped topping mix

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water, pineapple, marshmallows, bananas and nuts. Pour into 2-quart dish and chill until firm. Cook sugar, pineapple juice and egg until thick. Add cream cheese and butter. Cool.

Whip topping mix according to directions and add to cooled mixture. Spread over firm gelatin.
