Orange salad #1

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Box (6-oz) orange gealtin
2 cups Hot water
2 cups Cold water
1 can (15-oz) crushed pineapple; reserve juice
1 cup Miniature marshmallows
2 larges Bananas
½ cup Chopped nuts
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg; beaten
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pack (3-oz) cream cheese
1 pack Whipped topping mix

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water, pineapple, marshmallows, bananas and nuts. Pour into 2-quart dish and chill until firm. Cook sugar, pineapple juice and egg until thick. Add cream cheese and butter. Cool.

Whip topping mix according to directions and add to cooled mixture. Spread over firm gelatin.
