Greek salad #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Head lettuce
4 Peppercorns; crushed
1 Handful diced pineapple
1 Handful diced beets
2 cups Vinegar
2 cups Salad oil
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
1 pinch Tarragon leaves
2 larges Hunks feta cheese; crumbled
Green onions & ripe olives


Mix lettuce, peppercorns, pineapple & beets in a salad bowl. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, parsley & tarragon & sprinkle over lettuce. Garnish with crumbled cheese, green onions & ripe olives.
