1Handful diced pineapple
1Handful diced beets
2cupsVinegar
2cupsSalad oil
1cupSugar
1tablespoonParsley flakes
1pinchTarragon leaves
2largesHunks feta cheese; crumbled
Green onions & ripe olives

Directions

DRESSING

Mix lettuce, peppercorns, pineapple & beets in a salad bowl. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, parsley & tarragon & sprinkle over lettuce. Garnish with crumbled cheese, green onions & ripe olives.
