Ingredients

4Boiled eggs; chopped
½Stalk celery; chopped
¼cupMayonnaise
4Sweet dill pickles; chopped
½cupPecans; chopped
2Jars (small) chopped pimento; drained
1dashSalt
1dashPepper
1dashRed pepper
½Lemon; juice of
Pecans

Directions

Boil & debone hen. Add eggs, celery, pickles, pecans & pimento. Mix well.

Add mayonnaise & mix well. Add salt, pepper & red pepper. Squeeze juice of ½ lemon on top & serve.
