2tablespoonsParsely; chopped
1largeLemon; juice
2tablespoonsVirgin olive oil;
Pepper to taste;

Directions

Arrange tomato slices on salad plates. Layer a few onion rings on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil or parsley and dash of pepper.
