| 1 | quart | Cranberry juice |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Bitters |
| 4 | Sticks cinnamon | |
| 100 | Cloves | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Allspice |
| Yield: serves 12 to 15 | ||
Directions
Tie cinnamon, cloves, and allspice in a cheese cloth bag.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove spice bag. Pour wassail and oranges into large punch bowl.
Place a small pitcher of Apple Jack Brandy beside the bowl so that each guest may add to their cup to taste.
