Directions
Prepare Cheddar Muffins, substituting ½ C chopped cooked chicken, 2 T finely chopped sweet red pepper, 2 green onions, finely chopped, and ¼ t cracked black pepper for the Cheddar and chives. Serve immediately; store any leftover muffins in the refrigerator.
