Hot wassail

Yield: 18 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Unsweetened apple juice;
3 cups Unsweetened pineapple juice;
2 cups Cranberry juice cocktail;
¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg;
1 \N Cinnamon stick;
3 \N Whole cloves;
\N \N Lemon slices;

Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

½ cup serving - 65 calories, 1 fruit exchange 16 grams carbohydrate, 0 protein, 0 fat, 3 mg sodium, 128 mg potassium, 0 chol.
