English wassail

Yield: 20 cups

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Apple cider
1 \N Cinnamon stick
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Lemon rind
2½ cup Pinapple juice, unsweetened
\N \N Orange slices

Heat cider and cinnamon stick in a large pan. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Keep warm over low heat.
