Oat wheat bread

1½ cup Wheat flour
1½ cup White bread flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1¼ cup Warm water
1 tablespoon Dry skim milk or Buttermilk
