Oat bread #1

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Bread flour
1½ cup Oat flour
1 pack Active dry yeast
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
½ teaspoon Salt
1¼ cup Warm water

Oat Blead flour is wonderful. I like to use 1½ cups better for bread, 1½ cups oat blend, yeast, 1 t sugar (brown, white or honey), 1 T butter, ½ t salt and 1¼ cups warm water.
