Oat bread (large loaf)

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Water
2½ tablespoon Butter
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Gluten
1 teaspoon Salt
⅔ cup Oat bran
⅔ cup Oats (flaked ones seems to work best)
⅔ cup Oat flour
2 cups Bread flour
¼ cup Nonfat dry milk
2½ teaspoon Yeast
