No-bake brownies

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Evaporated milk
2 cups Miniature marshmallows
1 cup Semiseet chocolate chips
⅓ cup Sugar
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
½ teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup Nuts, chopped

Mix together milk, marshmallows, chocolate chips, sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add butter, vanilla, cracker crumbs and nuts. Pack into a 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate to harden. Cut into 2-inch squares.
