My brownies

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
¾ cup Cocoa powder -- [hersheys]
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup White sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla -- or 1 T. liquer
4 \N Eggs
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Chopped walnuts
½ cup Chocolate chips

In a large saucepan, melt together the butter, oil, and cocoa powder over low heat to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Stir in the sugar and vanilla, blending well. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in nuts and choc chips.

Spread batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
